Is the heat pump cover easy to install?
Yes. The Outpro cover comes in four panels and simply screws together with the supplied hardware. Assembly usually takes around 10 minutes.
How do I select the correct size?
Measure the length, width, and depth of your outdoor unit. If it is installed on a concrete pad, please also measure the pad. Full internal and external dimensions are listed on each product page.
Will the cover affect the performance of my heat pump?
No. Each cover has been professionally designed and tested to ensure proper airflow circulation. Your unit will continue to operate efficiently while being protected from hail, snow, plants, dust, and other environmental factors.
What if I need access to the unit for maintenance?
The cover has been designed with maintenance in mind. It can be unclipped and lifted off easily, without the need to dismantle anything.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes, but currently we only accept bulk commercial custom orders (minimum order quantity: 5 units). Custom orders for individual use will be available in the future.
What if the product does not fit?
We offer a 14-day return policy. Please contact us if you wish to return the product. If the issue is due to our error or a product defect, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
